June 2022. Release of the new version 5 of the NAP Transmission Network Analysis and Planning software.

NAP (Network Analysis and Planning)

is a complete software package for the analysis and planning of electrical transmission networks (MV and HV). Widely used for load flow studies, short circuit calculation and incident simulation, it allows network analysis and planning of new extensions (Transmission Master Plan, power plant interconnection study...)

The new version 5 (published in 2022) is now available and offers a new data management completely modernized with new capacities of data entry and visualization of the networks in mixed mode single line and cartographic (GIS). NAP 5 also integrates in an optimized way new ENR generators (solar and wind intermittent) and storage modules for more detailed network analyses and to meet current requirements. Its new automatic calculation engine also allows to compare different scenarios and identify the most appropriate solution in the case of transmission network extension studies.

A one-click installation, NAP 5 uses the latest technology to provide planners and decision makers with fast, professional results through a modern, user-friendly interface.

The NAP 2022 version can now be tested for free on our Website.
