WELCOME TO PACEAA GIS PLATEFORM

What is a GIS plateform ?

analyze spatial information, edit data, maps, and present the results of all these operations
The term describes any information system that integrates, stores, edits, analyzes, shares, and
displays geographic  information

Objectives of this website:
Four pilot sites in Kenya, Malawi, Rwanda and Tanzania have been selected on the basis of
pre-feasibility studies. These sites have potential for developing small hydro potential to power both
a tea factory and the surrounding communities. Rural electrification plans for these sites are now
presented thanks to the GIS technology within its environment.

This website will propose to
Visualize projects and plans
Identify involved villages
Locate project impacts
